For our Classic and Gold cardholders, there's a simple way to hear your purchases and payments charged to your VISA Credit Card.

Call (800) 299-9842. Select 1 to hear instructions in English.

Under Option 1, report a Lost or Stolen card.

Under Option 2, hear your account details. First enter your credit card number and then press the * sign. Next enter your zip code and *.

Within Option 2, these menu choices are available:
  • Press 1 for General Balance, Available Credit and Payment History
  • Press 2 for the last five transactions posted to your account
  • Press 3 for Payment Address information
  • Press 4 to hear Disputed Transactions
  • Press 9 to speak to a Customer Service Representative
