4 Rate rebates are paid back to the loan as a payment on the last day of each month. The amount paid back is reduced from the overall annual percentage rate. For example: if the annual percentage rate is 3.00% then 0.25% of that would be rebated back to the loan as a payment. The monthly rebate will fluctuate based on the balance of the loan.
