Opened in 2020, we are continuing to grow and expand our classes, events and services for Ketchikan area business owners, solopreneurs, micro-businesses and creatives.

Featuring:

Pilothouse Coffee a refuge from the rain serving espresso, spritzers, tea and food. The perfect place to meet a friend, get work done or relax.

The Commons Gallery, a collaboration between The Commons and the Ketchikan Area Arts & Humanities Council. With quarterly exhibits featuring local artists. All art is on view during all open hours and available for sale.

Business Power Hour presentations on scheduled Thursdays from Noon to 1pm offering power presentations on important business and career topics. All are free, open to the public and available in person, via Zoom or on Facebook Live. Follow our Facebook page for all upcoming scheduled Power Hours.

Shop Local Saturday Markets feature different local vendors and artisans every Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Follow our Facebook page for updates on each weeks vendors.

Ketchikan's First Co-Working space! Office and workspace rentals by the hour, day or week for anyone that needs a place to work away from the office or home or a place to meet, give presentations and more!

Farmer's Market happens throughout the summer months on Saturdays!

When visiting, be sure to check out one of the Ketchikan Community Gardens (sponsored by Tongass Federal Credit Union) right outside our back door.
